Putting the Pieces Together
The 30-hour post license course required for new Alabama real estate salespersons was developed by the Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC) to help new licensees put the pieces together and learn how to apply the information they studied in the pre-license course.
The post license course is an important one as it helps new licensees start their new careers off on the right foot.
The course must be completed within the first six months of licensure for active licensees and within one year for inactive licensees. Please be aware that students must have a temporary license before they can register.
If you're looking for a live instruction course to help you meet this requirement, WE CAN HELP!
