EXIT Realty Gulf Shores Welcomes Teresa Croft
Teresa M. Croft grew up on the beautiful gulf coast of Alabama and has been a resident of Baldwin County for over 20 years. As an active member of the Eastern Shore community which is evidenced by her involvement with the Friends of the Daphne Public Library, The Baldwin County Auburn Club, the Daphne PTA and a local Mardi Gras Society, she has a vested interest in this area.
After receiving an Alabama Real Estate license in 1985, she began her career in Auburn. She became a property manager for multiple student condominium complexes. She then earned a Degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Residential Planning, focusing on space planning and design for interior spaces, particularly kitchen and baths. Since becoming a realtor, she has worked diligently to broaden her knowledge in the areas of construction, real estate sales, management and development. Having an understanding of these areas has allowed her to gain experience in negotiating contracts and working closely with other professionals in the Real Estate, Architectural and Engineering fields, as well as developing working relationships with city officials in such departments as planning and zoning. Continuing education training and seminars keep her update on the latest technology tools and broadens her marketing strategies.
Teresa is very outgoing and loves to meet new people. She has two adult children that live in Baldwin County along with two grandchildren that she adores. She looks forward to Baldwin County prospering and continuing to be “the best small town in the South”.
Her vast real estate knowledge, Baldwin County being her family’s home and being involved in her community allows her to offer a local perspective to clients whether wanting to purchase their forever home or a vacation home in our gorgeous county.
