Fairhope Community Information
Fairhope is centrally located in Baldwin County on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay and has been recently recognized as one of the top places to visit and live in the US. While visiting the downtown area of Fairhope, you feel as if you have taken a step back in time with the historic architecture and the southern charm of this town.
This quaint town is centrally located in Baldwin County and is ideal for those who commute for work with it’s easy access to the interstate and being only 19 miles east of Mobile.
Fairhope is also a hub for medical services for Baldwin County with a hospital, Thomas Hospital, and various other medical specialists.
Fairhope is part of the Baldwin County Public School System and has 5 public schools, Fairhope Elementary (K-3), Fairhope intermediate (4-6), J. Larry Newton School (K-6), Fairhope Middle (7-8) and Fairhope High School (9-12). Fairhope also has campuses of Faulkner State Community College and University of South Alabama.
